Components Of a Good Presentation

A presentation can be divided into three parts, with each set of questions that you must ask yourself before the time of a good presentation.

I. Introduction

  • How do you build relationships with the audience?
  • How do you catch the audience's attention? Will you use a quote, picture, story or a fact?
  • What is your sense of presentation and how you would reveal clearly at the beginning of the discussion so that the audience know what they will be delivered on?
II. Content presentation
  • What is a logical sequence for the topic you want to ladle out and you can create a story or plot to help the audience understand the direction your presentation?
  • What key 3-5 grains that you want to submit and how to use your data or illustrations to convey the grain to the audience?
  • How do you summarize your grain, and then move to the next section of your presentation?
III. Activity
  • Condense all key grains.
  • Emphasize audience to use the information you submit.
