last few days I am very tired, because of busy with my new website to optimize this. Previous note that my new web age 2 days, optimize the website so this is my job to be done again now. And first I have to do is to add url a few search engines, and some search engines that are Google, MSN and Yahoo. I only add url search engine is the third because I think that's enough. As we know the SE is that many people use.
And further to optimize my website, is to exchange links with some of my friends. Due to exchange links with the blog we will also increase the page rank and it was very helpful in an best SEO techniques. And we are encouraged to exchange links with sites that have high PageRank(PR), at least better than us.
After that the last thing I do on this is to incorporate some of this website directory. Like to exchange links, submit to the directory is also very good for the PR and make our search results in a search engine.

As far as I know, link exchange results low value from google, you can read it at goolge webmaster guidelines. Google hate reciprocal links.
If you're aiming to increase your pagerank, making three way link is a better solution. For instance, you have site A, linking to your site B , site B linking to site C, and site C linking back to your site. This will give give you a better results in google's eye.
