Theory of motivation developed by Abraham H. Maslow essentially opinions that range in humans have five levels or hierarchy Theory of needs, namely:
1. Physiological needs, such as hunger, thirst, rest and sex.
2. Safety needs, not only in the physical sense, but also mental, and intellectual psychological.
3. Love needs.
4. Esteem needs, which is generally reflected in the various status symbols.
5. Self actualization, in the sense of availability of opportunities for someone to develop the potential of which is in itself so that it becomes real ability.
Needs of the so-called first (physiological) and secondary (safety) is sometimes classified in other ways, for example, with the regiment as its primary needs, while the other is known also with the needs of the secondary classification.

It is also clear that human needs are not only material, but the psychological, mental, intellectual and even spiritual.
Despite thinking about Maslow theory this need appears to be more theoretical, but has given the cornerstone for the development and inspire theories of motivation focused on the needs of the next more applied.
