3. Nutritious lunch
Why there? Because of excess carbohydrate normally frequent during lunch, or eat less food that contains protein as an energy source.

Why should nutritious? Usually high-calorie snack foods will be the primary choice when a hunger strike, such as chocolate, crisps or biscuits, which contain much fat, sugar and salt.
