[NUI Shooting 2010] This is such an unfortunate situation for so many people. Those of us from the suburban Chicago area would never have expected something of this magnitude to happen so close to home. NUI Shooting 2010, It's just surprising that someone as well-educated as the shooter would do something so horrific. I'm seriously considering moving to a different country. You'll find crime anywhere.
I just can't seem to grasp what would go through someone's mind in order to make them feel they needed to do something so heartless and disgusting. My heart goes out to those who were killed or injured and their families, including the gunman's family, and those who had to watch such a spectacle. I truly can't imagine what they're going through, and should hope that no one should ever have to again. It's just sickening to think that it's inevitable.
