Versatile: Hybrid Camera JVC

The manufacturer JVC has already introduced at CES in January, a hybrid between the camera and camcorder. However, it was at that time still more a concept than a finished product. Now the camera will slowly take shape. It is equipped with a 10x optical zoom and in its interior, a back-lit sensor operates at 10 megapixels. So that photos and videos are possible.

The moving images are captured here in HD quality with a resolution of 1080/60p. In video mode, are possible with the JVC GX-PX1 shots with 36 mega pixels per second. The resolution is reduced during rotation of videos to 5.7 megapixel, 60 fps even at the ISO set between 100-6400 are feasible.

On the back of the thin housing is a movable display with a screen size of 3 inches. This touchscreen dissolves with 230,000 pixels and can also be rotated so that it points in the same direction as the lens. This is quite handy to be able to record yourself.
